4.2 Use of Donations

4.3 Refund Policy
All donations are final. Due to the nature of charitable contributions and the immediate allocation of funds to our mission, we generally do not provide refunds. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at Info@joenamath.org within 48 hours of the transaction.
5.1 Event Registration
Registration for Foundation events, including the Namath Legends Golf tournament, is subject to availability and acceptance by the Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
5.2 Event Cancellation
The Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue unavailability, or insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation, refund policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to registered participants.
The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Joe Namath Foundation, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
